Designed as an investment property, this custom 60m2 Granny Flat makes clever use of a large, unused front yard in Pimpama. Our clients wanted to unlock the potential of their property by creating a private, self-contained dwelling that could generate rental income, while still preserving the liveability and privacy of the existing home.


The front yard provided a practical location for the new build, allowing the Granny Flat to sit comfortably within the property without compromising the main residence. Careful consideration was given to the positioning and overall look of the dwelling, ensuring the new home complemented the existing house and created a cohesive, well-planned result from the street.


With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the layout has been designed to support practical everyday living in a compact and functional footprint. This project is a great example of how underused space can be transformed into a smart, income-generating asset while adding long-term value to the property.
